Who we are:
Lil' Bug Studios was born from the collaboration of friends Winona and Frankie, armed with a laser cutter and a stream of creative ideas. Our focus is on crafting affordable and eye-catching earrings, home-goods, and adornments that are accessible to all. Every piece reflects our commitment to hands-on craftsmanship, with us involved in every step of the process.

Bios:
Winona:
Heya! I’m Winona (She/They). I graduated from the Oregon College of Art and Craft with a degree in Craft and a focus in Metalsmithing. I teach metalsmithing classes some evenings and weekends, have worked in the stop motion industry here in Oregon, dabbled in Dungeons and Dragons dice-making, and started Lil' Bug with Frankie! When I’m not working all the time, I love watching anime and K-dramas, playing Zelda (BOTW and TOTK), studying Japanese, listening to D&D podcasts and audiobooks and drawing on my iPad. I love creating all the time, it’s the one thing that brings me the most joy and rejuvenation. And I’m definitely a hobby-collector (too many hobbies, so little time)
Frankie:
Hi there, I’m Frankie (they/them)! I am a neurodivergent, queer maker with a degree in Drawing and Painting from the Oregon College of Art and Craft. While my first and greatest art love is painting, I have a passion for many forms of media, including photography, metalsmithing, bookbinding, and jewelry making. When I’m not creating, I love tending to my many houseplants, listening to Stray Kids, reading a good romance book, or hanging out with my cat, Pepper.
Carl:
Say hi to Carl! He is Lil’ Bug Studios' trusty hole puncher (and the only salaried employee)! When he isn’t punching holes in earring cards, he is being lulled to sleep listening to the sounds of Winona and Frankie talking business and watching K-dramas or anime.
