All purchases from our site are final sale (unless stated otherwise), meaning we do not accept returns.

However, shipping isn’t always a gentle process. If your order arrives damaged, we want to help. Please bear in mind that these are hand-made items, and as such, they may have some small imperfections. We do our best to minimize them, but no hand-made items are going to be 100% perfect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
